OEA Summer Student Virtual Advising

Advisor Appointments 

The OEA will be conducting student advising virtually for the summer. After completing Study Abroad 101 (required), students can then complete the virtual advising appointment request here.

Drop In Hours

Drop-in hours, for students who have already met with an OEA advisor, will also be conducted virtually. Drop-in hours are as follows: 
 

Days	Time
Mondays	9:30 a.m. to Noon
Thursdays	2 p.m. to 4 p.m.

 
Following these instructions to meet with an advisor during Drop In Hours:
1. Students must first complete this form.
2. Once submitted, an email with the Zoom link information will be sent directly to the student to connect virtually with a study abroad advisor.
3. After students receive the link via email and connect to the call, they will enter a virtual Waiting Room. 
4. The advisor will admit you into the call once they are available to meet with you. 

NOTE: Drop In meetings are first come, first serve. If there are several students ahead of you, there may be a wait in the Zoom call waiting room. 

For students interested in semester Exchange, Affiliate, and Direct Enroll programs, if you have not completed an initial appointment with a study abroad advisor and sign in to Drop In Hours, you will receive an email on how to schedule an initial appointment with an advisor.
